ARRIVALS
Take advantage of complimentary shuttle service running between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., CT at Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). As you plan your travel to Austin, we suggest you aim to arrive in this window to allow time to settle in before our annual distillery party commences.  

Upon arrival, please head to the lower level and exit the airport doors just past the baggage claim. You’ll find Tito's event staff posted outside between the large letters K and L, waiting to direct you to the shuttle as you embark on the last leg of your journey.

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

CHECK-IN
After you settle into your room, please stop by the Tito’s concierge desk on the third floor to check in for your Tito’s adventure! From the guest elevators, follow the signs directly to us (near meeting room 306). This is an important first stop to the weekend of fun before participating in group activities, meals, and group transportation.

TITO'S DISTILLERY

WELCOME PARTY
Step right up to Tito’s Adventureland, where a Texas tradition gets the Tito’s treatment. Inspired by the sights, flavors, and friendly competition of the Texas State Fair, every midway game, fairground favorite, and carnival attraction gets a handcrafted Tito’s twist.

Expect Texas-sized games, fair-inspired bites, great cocktails, and plenty of surprises as we kick off this year’s Tito’s Big Adventure. But there’s more to discover than what’s happening on the midway. Throughout the experience, you’ll get to know Tito’s in a whole new way, with stories, details, and behind the scenes moments that bring the brand to life.
Then, tour the Mockingbird Distillery and go behind the scenes to explore the people, places, and processes that have shaped the brand, from the early days at The Shack to the operation it is today.

Along the way, you’ll learn more about Tito’s history, get a closer look at the craft behind the vodka, and discover the stories and people that have helped shape the brand. Whether you’re new to Tito’s or have been along for the ride, you’ll come away with a deeper understanding of what goes into every bottle and what makes Tito’s uniquely Tito’s.

TRANSPORTATION & TOUR DETAILS
Buses depart promptly at 4:15 p.m. from 2nd St., curbside just outside the JW Marriott valet loop. Please arrive with enough time to board before departure. If you miss the bus, we’ll share driving directions so you can rideshare to the distillery and meet the group there.

GOOD TO KNOW
The tour includes approximately 0.5 miles of walking indoors and outdoors, including steps and inclines. For your safety and comfort, closed-toe shoes are required for all tour participants.

Heads Up: We love a good photo op as much as anyone, but we’re keeping the memories in the moment (and in the photobooth). Upon arrival, we’ll provide you with a locking phone pouch that will still allow you to text, call and use your favorite apps, just not snap pictures or videos. Cameras will be off-limits until you leave and we unlock your pouch on the way out. Thanks for helping us keep the distillery experience private and protected!

This is your chance to get out and experience the city at your own pace, from neighborhood favorites and tucked away gems to live music spots, lively patios, and legendary bars. As you explore, keep an eye out for the places and people that give Austin its character. You might discover a new favorite, learn a little local history, or simply find the perfect spot to settle in and enjoy Tito’s.
